Maintenance Plan Agreement
By enrolling in a RoadShine Detailing Maintenance Plan, your vehicle will be placed on a recurring service schedule based on the frequency you select: bi-weekly, every 3 weeks, or monthly. Enrollment does not authorize automatic payments or withdrawals. An invoice or payment request will continue to be sent electronically for each service, and an estimated arrival time will be provided prior to your scheduled appointment.
Maintenance Plan appointments may be scheduled within either a morning or afternoon service window based on route efficiency, availability, and overall scheduling needs. By enrolling, you understand that your recurring appointment may be assigned to either time frame and agree to make the vehicle available during the scheduled service window. While we will always do our best to accommodate scheduling preferences, specific morning or afternoon placement cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance pricing is designed for vehicles that are already in a maintained condition and are serviced consistently within their selected maintenance frequency. Customers are provided a 7-day grace period beyond their normal maintenance due date when a reschedule is necessary. This grace period is intended as an occasional scheduling courtesy and does not permanently extend or change your selected maintenance frequency. If the grace period is used more than three times within any 12-month period, RoadShine Detailing reserves the right to review the account and may remove the vehicle from the Maintenance Plan. Any delays caused by RoadShine Detailing will not count toward this limit.
If your scheduled maintenance service falls during a major holiday period, extended severe weather, or another unforeseen circumstance affecting RoadShine Detailing, your appointment may need to be moved several days, rescheduled to the following week, or in some cases resumed at your next regularly scheduled maintenance interval. We will make a reasonable effort to place you back on the schedule as soon as availability allows. If your service is completed on a new date, your selected maintenance frequency may then continue from that newly completed service date. Delays caused by RoadShine Detailing, major holidays, severe weather, emergencies, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances on our end will not count against your 7-day grace period or Maintenance Plan eligibility.
If a vehicle goes beyond the grace period or falls outside of normal maintenance-level condition, an appropriate reset detail, such as our Iconic Standard Detail or Pristine Deep Clean, may be required before returning to maintenance pricing. If your vehicle experiences unusually heavy use between appointments, including extended travel, excessive dirt, sand, mud, pet hair, spills, heavy passenger use, or other conditions requiring significantly more cleaning than a normal maintenance service, please notify us in advance so we can reserve the appropriate amount of time. Vehicles requiring additional labor beyond the normal maintenance scope may be subject to an additional condition fee starting at $35. RoadShine Detailing reserves the right to adjust the service or recommend a higher-level detail when necessary to properly return the vehicle to a maintained condition.
